Nice! I like.
I would throw a coat of clear to protect against UV. Else your nice anodized swingarm will be a nice "purple" anodized swingarm in a year or so.

i say you just throw together a full out build thread... that ti frame looks awesome and i'm sure a lot of people here would be pretty interested in how it came together and how it's going to be finished off

Maybe when I get a little further along I'll start a thread. This is something I've been planning for a while and it's finally coming together...although not as quick as I had hoped. I would like to do this for a living and this is the first bike. One thing I didn't plan for(I did, but not enough) was time spent waiting on machine shop, water jet cutting, difficulty in finding the right size and wall thickness of Ti tube, ect.,ect.
  Here's a couple of pics of the jig. Also working on a mold for a CF seat/cowl.
