I dropped my brand new (to me) 999 in the garage while checking the tire pressure.

I was on the right side of the bike checking the front. I turned the bars to the right to get a better angle on it. It must have moved forward just enough the the kickstand retracted. I heard a *click* and the bike sloooooowwwwwly started tipping over. I grabbed the right clip-on and the frame, but I couldn't keep her up. She landed on my roomie's brand spankin' new 696.

Luckily her frame slider and passenger peg caught my bike, no damage to hers, but a broken DP mirror with integrated signals and two less-than-an-inch scratches on mine.
