The other day while riding the clutch went mushy and the clutch did not dis-engage looked the resovoir and it was empty. To make a long story short, went on a ride after I bled the clutch line, and the resvoior went empty again.
Well bled the lines, and find that I'm not having a leak a the connection points. Also know there is no leak in the master cylinder. After riding for a little while, it goes mushy again.
So would it be my slave cylinder??? Also how do I get to that part on my bike??? I have a 97' M750, this is my first bike bought it used. I also bought it so that I could work on it. Only had it for about a month now.
I'm going to check the clutch slave cylinder. I do know that on new bikes it's outside of the crankcase. But on my bike I have a feeling that it's on the inside of the cover. Is this correct thinking?
? When I pull the cover off I assume that I will need to drain the oil correct?
? then pull the cover off and all the miscellaneous that is connect to the plate?
I need to fix this clutch problem. Anyone have any diagrams and pics of how to look at it since it's an internal part on my bike?
?
Please help!!!!!!!!
