Happy to have found the *new* board.

I've been looking for that invaluable information that comes from those in the know - and am THRILLED to have found where everyone went to!!  I'm taking over a project, 1994 M900 that I think has just the stock frame to it  laughingdp Well, when we're done with her that's what she'll have left... now just running off to lurk!!

Hi!

Yes, it's Moira Smiley

Thanks for the welcome!  The *project* was my husband's bike that got pulled by a pickup truck (with me on it) a few years ago.  The tank got dented, broke off a rear-set... that was about it.  But, it's now getting everything else upgraded.  New carbs, removing airbox and gauges, new exhaust, new rearsets, dent pulled and repainted, Marvic wheels powdercoated red/white, there's more...

I've inherited the project because he isn't home enough to work on it.  So, I got him a *new* bike to distract him (1973 Norton Commando).

Sounds like a great project, looking forward to seeing how it turns out.  We're also working on a project bike, a '79 Kawi KZ400.

And your hubby's new bike sounds cool, got any pictures? Grin
