I think I once saw a dude on a Harley wearing a Harley shirt......so it MUST be cool!

The closest I get is my Pro Italia T under my jacket (I don't own a Ducati T). But when that happens it's not planned. I ride my bike everywhere. It's my only transportation so I don't even think about matching my clothes to my bike.

I wish this was my biggest problem in life but its not. I just focus on the trivial sometimes to take a break from thinking about my bigger problems. Lots of good feedback here but ultimately I think I will personally go with the "wear whatever the F you want" approach and if people dont like it screw'em. Hey my wife was against me getting the bike to begin with so she's obviously not right about everything.  ;D I think most people dont put much thought into what other people wear anyway. I pretty much just get a wow!  :o about the Monster when I pull up, nobody seems to notice what the hell I'm wearing when they see that thing anyway. (except for the Dianese Bora Leather I do get compliments on that  [thumbsup])

If this is your big problem in life, life is really really good.  Cool is wearing what you want, not what others tell you to.

^+1, wear what ever is going to make you happen.  Unless if your shirt offends other people.

I see nothing wrong with it.  I also wear a baseball jersey of my team when I go see them play.  People do it all the time.  I guess it would be wrong when you go to a ballpark wearing a jersey of a team that's not playing, or wear a jersey of a team in a different sport.  You just look confused.

I wear my band shirts when I ride and my Ducati shirts when I see bands.  Problem solved.

Wearing any T-shirt is up to you and who really cares what people think, BUT, every time I see those Harley guys who have to wear a HD jacket over their HD T-shirt with their HD jeans covered by their HD chaps wearing their HD boots smiling behind their HD bandana under their HD Helmet etc, I feel like asking them "excuse me sir... By any chance, is that a Harley Davidson your riding???"

While a bit of brand loyalty is great, there is such a thing as being a wee bit cheesy... That being said, if someone likes being cheesy, who am I to complain?

lawmaster891

as long as its a ducati shirt on a ducati and not a harley shirt on a ducati haha

Slight rant first,

I work with a bunch of Harley guys, and every single one of them wears at least 4 things that say harley, be it pants, boots, tshirt, bandana, sunglasses, ball cap, watch, wallets etc... you get the idea....   it seems like its all harley or nothing. You "buy" the lifestyle

also, every one of them give me flack for wearing full gear. Its hilarious.  best one I heard was " you gonna go race home in that outfit?"   my motto is: Dress for the fall, not the ride.

So back on topic, wear what ya want, who cares... but just remember... the way we look at harley guys is the way they look at us...lol...

just my 2 cents

lawmaster891

lol the other day i had a harley guy call my 900 monster a moped and he had to make it clear he rode a "custom harley". of course he was wearing a sleeveless shirt

Sweat dries faster than blood. I'd rather gear up and ride on than skin down and hobble home.

You know your wife is wrong don't you ?  Do what ever you want , your always going to be right . You can pretty much apply that to everything every day right .

Now make sure she doesn't see this post or catch you agreeing with what I just wrote !    LOL  [bow_down]

ive worn a ducati t whilst riding my mostro. i don't give a make the beast with two backs what people think. especially when i'm setting off their car alarms, impregnating their wives and daughters, and making their children cry by flying by at 110db.
