Dude!  Sac'mo is about 5 hours up the I-5 from me...

I could probably cut that down to about 3 hours on the 999...  Evil

I find it disturbing that you're imagining me in a sauna, never mind the teletubbie aspect of it

Okay... I may be slightly inebriated. Slightly, like the Titanic slightly sank.

Have fun Pip. I used to live in Marysville! Then Yuba City. Good weather there. Sacramento is a fun town.

Elyse- I'm at the "Air Force Combat Munitions Assembly Course", or AFCOMAC. It's training class for AMMO troops. Smiley

Mary- Thank you! I wish you were still down here. It'd be nice to have a friendly face to see!

Hey Pip, glad you're in Cali!
So you'll be heading to Sacramento on Sunday 17th?
It'll be tricky but I'll try to make it work Smiley
If I'm able to meet you, it'd have to be mid day/afternoon, sadly no evening carousing

i used to spend summers at beale when i was in high school, one of my friend's dad was stationed there...
you're getting lucky with the weather right now, usually it's 100+ this time of year.

the state fair starts in sac on thursday & runs for 2 weeks, it's usually pretty fun. outside of that, the usual tourist destination here is old sacramento.

Been wondering where you've been.
What did I tell you about checking in, young man?  Hmmm?    (toe tapping, arms crossed, furrowed brow)

Sunday afternoon is perfect! I'm new around here, so where can we meet up?

Nate- We are blowing the ever loving shite out of a little country called "North Berninia", who is invading and oppressing our ally, "South Berninia". This is seriously the toughest course I've ever taken.  This is normally a 3 week course that has been condensed into 2 weeks for our purposes. We are busting our butts.

Stella- Sorry Ma. I promise I'll do better next time!!  Smiley (PS I flew over Colorado getting here... CO is insanely beautiful!!!)
