Good looking ride. Personally, if I was shopping for a bike, the check engine light would make me a little hesitant. My .02.

You are being honest and upfront about the maintenence light being on but.....why not spend the time, take it to the dealer and get it done? You're going to hem and haw with prospective buyers and they're going to try to whittle you down on that asking price until they're satisfied....why not even have that issue in the first place? I feel like you're bike is price very fair. (sigh) Just wish mine was that sick white....... Grin

Kelley Blue Book retail is $6,825 for "excellent" condition. Subtract cost of 7500 mile maintenance (couple hundred if do-it-yourself, but need dealer to reset maint). Subtract about $650 in parts to replace one scratched (maybe cracked?) tank cover and the tail cover.

Best I can do from photos-

A: What's a "dealer key?" You should have all the keys that come with the bike. There is no key that the dealer holds.
B: Spectrum is closed. Kaput.
C: Appears to be priced right.
