So in the end, I ordered the Large pads for my Shoei RF1100. Since the shell for the Large and X-Large is the same, the pads made a HUGE difference. My helmet now fit very snug, and I can still squeeze my glasses on. It ended up costing $70.00 for the fix instead of $500 for a new helmet. I am totally happy with the results!

Interesting article on web bike world on how to alter eyeglasses to fit better with helmet on.

I wear sunglasses under my Arai RX-Q all the time and they feel great.  The notch between the pads fits the earpieces perfectly.

I do use some oakley perscription frames with straight temple pieces, some temple pieces fit better than others (these are not great).

My everyday glasses are oakley frames for this very reason.  But they are thick.  I've had problems getting them to fit into helmets where smaller wire framed glasses would have worked fine.

All in all, with differences in head shapes and frame sizes the only way you'll be able to answer this is to just try a lot of helmets on.

My HJC IS-16 works quite well with my regular eyeglasses (Ti frame with moderately thick arms), as well as my prescription sunglasses (super thick arms) without any issues.

Scorpion EXO-400 is OK as well, just not quite as good as my HJC.

I have a HJC CL-16 Carnage that seems to work well with my glasses.  I usually switch to my Wiley-X SG-1 glasses when I ride and the arms slide in between the pads in the right spot.  I spent over an hour trying on different helmets and sliding my glasses on and off to make sure it fit my head well and worked with my glasses.  I'm a fan of prescription Wiley-X's because the lenses are large and prescription across the entire lens - some other safety glasses have inserts which I can't stand - thus increasing my field of vision.  Ballistic lenses probably aren't necessary when I already have a faceshield, but it sure can't hurt.  Plus I have a set of polarized smoke and a set of clear lenses I can swap out with ease.

arai for me.

I've tried alot of other brands/models, and nothing fits my head/glasses as well (either my old oakleys, my 'normal' glasses, or Rx sunglasses)

I have a cheap HJC helmet and it seems to do fine with glasses. They don't bother me.

If you don't mind a "flip-up" style helmet, most of them will accommodate eyeglasses. I have a Nolan 103 my wife wears a Nolan full face and it works with her glasses.

I have light titanium frame glasses which won't go blow any helmet I tried so I go my prescription fitted to a cheap set of plastic frames and bought an aria condor it works for me although my wife reckons I look like a nerd in them no offense to nerds.

I also really like the Nolan helmets. I have a N90 now and will probably get a N104 next. Have you looked into contacts? I only wear mine for snowboarding, mtn biking and long days or trips motorcycling.
