Dear Presidents,
as already informally anticipated to some of you , we would like to inform you
that we’ve just launched a new project in order to increase quality and
efficiency to the services offered to all our DOC’s.
This project is consistent to our president Del Torchio words pronounced last
WPM 2011 and confirms company engagement in keeping and increasing DOC
central function within Ducati marketing strategy as well as in integrating
DOC’s with companies processes and services to our nearest and more
enthusiast fans.
The scope of the project includes a research activity over the phone, which
some of your DOC members might already be involved with, followed by an
on-line questionnaire.
It also important for you to know that in order to support this project, Marco
Rimondi will receive the precious collaboration of Serafina Talerico, which some
of you met at last WPM 2011.
We are sure you will all share with us the efforts undertaken and we would like
to thank you for your kind support in inviting your members to fill-in the online
questionnaire
