From the youtube, by the taken out rider:

"Camera is mounted on my bike when coming downhill. Rider almost took out the bike in front of me but he was able to avoid him and came directly into my path. I am ok for now..."

^ You can see the rider in yellow snap his knee away from the pavement just in time to avoid the front wheel of the down bike.
