Hey guys,
I just ordered the 1.5 inch risers for my duc 696 (see here http://compare.ebay.com/like/160623483156?var=lv&ltyp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar&_lwgsi=y).

I wonder if anybody has any experience with it. Is it simple to mount it ? E.g. do I have unscrew/screw 4 screws? of there is any cable that needs to be rearranged or holes to be drilled.
Your experience would be valuable!
thanks
Marco

i've never put risers on a 696, but i have on other bikes.  in my experience it's just unscrewing and screwing.  no wire adjustments should be necessary unless you purchased some ape hanger risers.

that is a stock Ducati part from a 2010/11 model.  We've installed a few, fairly straight forward, put a rag on your tank to protect it, loosen clamps and remove bolts then replace with new pieces.

Air intake recess on tank allow handle bar to make maximum turn. Will Raise the bar height by installing bar riser cause interference with tank? thanks.
