Pimped my ride: LED accent lights

Yep. I figured I would give them a try to see what the results would be. Turns out, it looks a lot better than I though it would.
The kit (From Joe Florida
http://ledaccentlights.net/store/
) installed real easy. I thought about building my own kit, but for the price, I couldn't resist.
Before:
After:
I'm sure many of you are rolling your eyes, but I figured it would be fun! The kit will stay on my bike for a short while, but I'd like to re-locate some of the LED's and wires.

It's one of those things we aren't supposed to do, but I think it's cool anyway.

I'm actually pretty surprised how good it looks on your bike. It usually looks like the trailer park special, but yours actually looks good..
It's still not something I would do to my bike, but it looks good...

That was my first thought, too!
Thanks everyone. There are only 8 LED's (4 per side) in that picture. There are two more LED's that have not been connected yet, but I'm holding off until I figure how to better wire everything together.

Above the horizontal cylinder?

Did this myself a few months ago, I put a topic in the OZ Monsters area, But I love the look.
But rather than high lighting Chrome like they do on HD's and the like I concentrated on high lighting the Technical parts of the Ducati, The Trellis frame, SSS and the Engine.
It what I call Wank factor, doesn't serve any useful purpose, Just makes' you feel good

Yes, I need to get some LED's over the horizontal cylinder. The trick is finding a good spot to mount them.
Cairns: Your lights look good! I too was going for highlighting the frame. I see you still have your side-pods; looks like they are ideal for concealing LED's. I took mine off, so need to be a bit more creative over the back, but think I have a spot picked out.

I've got a spare electrical lead, now that i've disconnected my license plate light.
I've often wondered what it would look like to have an LED shining down onto the road from under the engine block - like your bike is hovering on the light...
I might put a single LED on my bike... try and incorporate so that it looks like it is supposed to be there.

could actually come in handy if you break down at night and try and diagnose the issue roadside. like if some panties get caught in the chain.
ride on!

It looks pretty decent. However, I'm wondering how it will look when you are on the bike...
