I'm like 99.999% sure it was you and Evan who passed (and waved) to a super cool, black Vespa GTS this morning heading into SF...That was me, by the way.  Grin

Yeah, I saw you two coming up, so I scooted over. I did enough splitting at the Maze. For some reason, scooters get zero respect... or they simply can't hear me coming.  laughingdp

BTW, I did catch up. I saw you guys turning left onto Harrison as I was going right. Yup, all 22 hp caught up to you guys.  laughingdp

There's an Asian gal (she's got black hair anyways) and she hauls ass on a scooter on the bridge.  Today I was a tiny bit chill, but sometimes Enzo and I are doing a respectable clip.  She makes passes and goes faster than I'm comfortable with a lot of the time.  That four miles of the bridge just isn't worth the risk, but she seems pretty comfortable...

I think I know who you're talking about. One day when it was raining HARD, I was in my cage, and I saw her flying across splitting and going past all the cages. I fell in love with her! Kiss Too bad she doesn't know it, though.  Cry

Sorry I didn't wave till after you passed this morning! Partially because I was cursing under my breath to move over again for another motorcycle  Grin. But mainly because my brakes are so crappy that in a blink of an eye, I would be asspacking the cage in front of me. Shocked

As I passed you and enthusiastically waved and you didn't wave back, the thought occurred to me, "What if it's not him?"  That would have been weird.   cheeky

This is making me so glad I don't ride the BB to work every day. The RSR is just fine for me.

BTW Ray, I suspect it's not a problem of respect with the GTS, but that ppl don't hear you. I just flip on my high beams when splitting.

And I usually get a wave when I wave a moto by.
