Very late notice I know, but Alan and I are cruising out to Muenster and the windmills tomorrow around noon.  LYD and Tyler are also going so anyone who wants to join us, pipe up and let's go!

We're meeting at my house around 11:30 and will leave around noon or so.  If you need directions, just PM me and I'll get in touch with you tonight or more than likely early tomorrow a.m.

And just as an FYI; FM 455 west from Hwy 730 has been completely re-paved  waytogo

Sure, why not?

I've been riding east on 455 from Sanger all the way across to 75; what an awful road situation that is these days, especially east of Celina.  It's too bad because I really like the curves on that stretch of 455 opposed to the west bound stretch into Forestburg.

Oh well, who cares!  Let's ride  Dolph

Awe crud, we've got errands to run today. Otherwise it would have been great to join you all during this ride today.
Enjoy!

We google mapped the Longhorn burger joint in Oklahoma: it's 4 1/2 hours from my house.  One way  Shocked   I think  that particular ride will need some serious planning, if we want to do that someday.  But that kind of time could get you well into Arkansas too...

At any rate, I'm going to bow-out of a Monday, Sept. 5 ride.  We can plan another ride like it sometime soon so everyone has a bit more notice  Grin

I look forward to this next ride, sounds like it'll be a fun one.  waytogo

Now, headed to Taverna for brunch. We have other stops to make so we're caging it...but with the sunroof open.

Happy Labor Day!

Yep, that's what I was talking about.  As you head East on FM 455 out of Sanger all the way to Hwy 75 is a complete disaster.  I bottomed out the front end of the 999 in a shell crater about a mile west of 75.  Thought it was over.  Then I just got mad.

Oddly enough, 90% of 455 WEST out of Sanger is completely resurfaced.  Smooth as glass.  Of course it's that other 10% that pops up randomly you've got to watch out for  bang head
