Thanks guys. I appreciate all the kind and constructive comments. I need to do some digging. I need to find out how to firm up the front and rear suspension. I weigh 210. I know new springs would be in order but now is not the time. Whats the best way to firm it up with the controls I have?

You've got the best suspension setup available on a factory Monster of that area. Ohlins front and back. They're fully adjustable.
Do you have a Ducati dealership near you? You can probably have them tweak it to your tastes. I haven't done suspension setup myself - it seems more like magic than science to me.

That's your best bet, IMO. There's several levels of adjustment. They can probably get you in a ballpark. I did some research on changing the Ohlins setup on my S4RS but decided I was better off leaving it to the pros.
The bike is generally setup for someone around 150-160lbs, so it should only take a bit of adjustment to get it to your weight of 210. Good luck!

Go out and get a set of frame sliders NOW. Hopefully you'll never need them but it's too late to get them when you do.
