Rizoma Limit or Radial mirrors?

may be mistaken, seems that  risoma have much more adjustment than the sato

Yes, no lowering effect from the Rizoma (or any other, except CycleCat and MFW-Wolf Vario) rearsets. Adjusting them back will open up the angles of the hip and knee joints, but put more downward pressure on the knees. Good or bad, it depends.

The Limit is VERY profiled/fat and I'm not sure if that is a good look on Monsters. Radials are less profiled, but still more Sport Bike?
I have the Impulsive and I think they look just right.

All three have convex glass, which IMO is good. Be aware that all three are about 4 cm shorter than stock and you will sacrifice/trade rear view for side view. I mounted mine on SW-Motech 40 mm mirror wideners from TwistedThrottle and got excellent view of what's straight behind me. My mirrors are same size and place as Class Retro would be, but without that look. (no pictures, sorry)

whatever my choice I believe I will get greater functionality - the current MM ears vibrate enough to make any woman go cross-eyed with good natural unwholesome thoughts and they show a fantastic detail view of the underarms of my jacket.

Rizoma Radial Nakeds were waiting for me when I got home on Friday morning and they went on today before the ride - which proved to be a good test. A couple of problems were encountered during the install: firstly the adapter on the right clashed with the brake (coffin) reservoir as the reservoir was a bit too tall - a couple of spacers fixed that; secondly, we didn't have an allen key big enough to tighten them up - so it was off to the local garage to sort it out.

The trip down with no mirrors was weird, but even when installed the riding experience was quite different to what I was used to. The stock mirrors I found to provide a pretty good view, but I was not too fussed with the looks and I also noticed that my riding style was changing to make them less effective.

So, my impressions:

- I love the finish, overall very aesthetically pleasing
- they are pretty solid, no buzz/vibration was detected
- they allow you to see more than the stock mirrors, but:
- the stalks are very short (well that is the look I wanted) which has the mirrors in a different (lower) position than the stockies. This was rather disconcerting and the reason why I had put the decision off for about a year - but it just meant a change in approach
- the side view is awesome with the convex glass (in cool blue hue)
- the rear view is compromised due to the short/low stalks

The change in approach: as I almost always ride in a group keeping tabs on those behind me (although rare as the default slowpoke tail-gunner) is the way I normally ride. But seeing directly behind me was hopeless, initially I was trying to overcome this by tucking my elbow in as I did with the stockies but found I also need to move my body out of the way to see behind. It took me a while to work it out but I have now started to master the underam glance and all is well with the world.

I was close to pulling the trigger but ended up having a monsterparts order get processed instead....if you spread out the purchases to an order a month it doesn't seem like an addiction!

I think Rizoma should sponsor the board some times!

I was initially worried as well, it took me a while to position them about right. But the real difference was made by changing the way I use them. Still feels a bit wrong.
