We need to make some "Keep Jacob Weird" stickers. They seem fitting in a thread like this.

Dear Mother,
The geverning body of DeVal has reviewed your 'claim' to the property knowns as "DeVal Mostro" and we regret to inform you that it has been denied. You may file a petition to have your request reviewed (form 1286.01a) by certified mail ONLY. Please be sure to include the non-refundable $137.25 processing fee to ensure it is not rejected right away. This needs to be in the form of a cashier's check, no cash or personal checks will be accepted, chack should be made payable to Deval Mostro. Include any and all backup to your claim of ownership in order to best prove your case for ownership. A reply will be sent back to you within 10-15 business days after your petition has been recieved. You will then recieve a secondary letter notifying you if your case has been accepted for review or not. if it has been accepted then we will give you a hearing date. Your hearing date will be 1-3 days after the notification has been sent. You must be present at this hearing otherwise your case is forfiet and you may no longer make any claims to any territory within the Deval Borders.
Again, we thank you for time and understanding in this matter.
DeVal Management Team
Jeebus. That sounds all official and legal-eze-esque.
You get Statler to type that one up for you?

that was typed up by our DeVal legal team.
despite what you may think by our rough exterior, charming looks, and welcoming personalities, we actually do have quite the eclectic group.
