Does Superpole still get you a point?

Wouldn't it be hilarious if someone clinched the title by getting pole?

I think pole counts as a tie-breaker.

Points. If tied, wins. If still tied, pole positions.

If I remember.

I thought the number of poles is the tie breaker from points....I only thought pole gets you a point in AMA/DMG...in WSBK you get a new blingdiggety expensive watch from Tissot for pole IIRC...and in MGP, for the most number of poles you get a new BMW car I think...

Pretty sure you are right regarding AMA/DMG. You get a point for poles. Not sure about the big boy classes but what you said sounds right. Watches and cars. waytogo Doesn't pole at the Daytona 200 get you a groovy timepiece too? Timex? laughingdp

Another good round of WSBK/SS/STK. waytogo

Hooray Checa!

(Also, can I get a print of him giving the random guy in the bull costume a ride around the circuit? That amused me more than it probably should have.)
