Thanks for coming out everyone!

And yes, in case you didn't hear, I crashed on the sign ride  Embarrassed

Coming up to Tomales-Petaluma Rd, I was pulling over to stop and wait for everyone, when my front wheel hit some gravel...with the brakes on. The bike went out from under me so fast I didn't have time to react. I was on the ground, then the bike was on the ground, then I was up. Minor damage, as the frame slider did its job. The shoulder is a bit sore, but nothing a little Icy Hot won't fix. Time to update the ticker, 'Belle  Tongue
Sorry about the crash. I saw you this afternoon on Folsom crossing under the highway. I waved, but you didn't see me.

The sign is made from clear acrylic. The base yellow layer and the black detail layer are duct tape. And there's a layer of hard resin over the duct tape.

Wow, very cool. Go duct tape!

It was great to see everyone again. Hopefully I'll be able to ride more often... guess I'll know more with tomorrow's MRI.

Good luck mang! Bring ear plugs! Those things are so annoying.

That's why he crashed.... he had both wheels in contact with the ground! If he only had one down, he wouldn't have crashed! laughingdp laughingdp laughingdp laughingdp

Good times!!!  Thanks for letting the fast Brit bike and the slower "Jetson" bike tag along.   Smiley  I didn't see the crash, and there wasn't any  damage, so I don't think it really happened.  Shocked

And "F" that harley group. I've met very cool harley riders (real riders), and they definitely weren't.  I laughed to myself when I saw them all struggling to go through the L-R shicane on Nicasio.   laughingdp  "Strength in numbers, bro!!"  laughingdp

Thanks for sweeping and documenting ptam!

No prob.
It's amazing how well that sign has held up! Honestly, if you didn't know it, you'd never suspect it wasn't a county installed sign! laughingdp
