Last time I was up there a couple weeks ago, Lake Kanawauke road (CR 106) is still closed b/c of hurricane damage.  Same for Arden Valley Road.

i passed by on a car, didnt ride it, but they reopened exit 16 on the pal park to lake sebago etc and the perkins exit was open too.  should be ok, i'm guessing the flood damaged roads are still closed though

Rode this weekend.  Bear Mountain road is open...I didn't ride Perkins Memorial, but the gate was open.  The western half of 106 is still closed.

yup, just about everything is open cept 106.  i figure they are just going to hold off on it till the winter passes and repair it then... it needed the repair and fixing it before the winter doesnt make sense.

though positivecarry said that the last time they repaired it it took 2 years to fix :\
