I have been looking around for new slip ons for a while now and I was wondering if anybody had some suggestions, I love the look of carbon fiber but I heard the look will start to fade? All help is appreciated.

Well - any slip-ons that will fit a model of monster with a double sided swing arm will fit your bike... with a caveat. If you have an emissions canister mounted on the side then it needs to move before you can use high-mount slipons.
As far as CF fading - yes it will to an extent. But the technology has been getting better and better and more resistant to fade and discoloration. It's also getting lighter. Well not lighter, but they are able to use less materials to achieve the same strengths than they were able to before. So the result its a product that is functionally the same, but weighs less.
There's plenty of other options out there as well. Stainless, aluminum, titanium are just a few.
