So now I'm looking at big bore kits :P

450 can easily become 570 [evil]

And the sugar fountain fairy swore so hard when she came to super-size that stale hope soybean; liiiike a homeless German woman. Who is this super-sizing spirit-crushing femme? And tell her I'll break a tree root up in her shrimp.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw thatâ€"it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

Woohoohoohoo! Two personal records! For breath holding and number of sharks shot in the face.

I think the 690 is the best compromise between big bike power and little bike weight [thumbsup]

And you can always put street wheels on the enduro but you can't put dirt wheels on the sm so the enduro is the better choice IMO.

The one hitch is that caliper relocation brackets to mount the bigger rotor and caliper on the Enduro are hens teeth at present
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.

How's that?  There are a couple different sources I can think of.

Dont people just go with the stock enduro brake and the smaller rotor? I know not an ideal conversion, but the suspension wouldn't be set up for the street either. Its just a compromise to have both sets.

Not sure Warp9 does one for the 690. Their site is a bit of a mess, and listings are for KTMs upto the 560. Might be that it would fit the 690 also - but doesn't say specifically.
