Yeah, when it broke I thought it was going to be a huge PITA until I could take it apart and weld the tab back on, now I don't really mind it much but I'll probably fix it over the winter when I tear the bike down.

laughingdp laughingdp  Hell Rick, KTM was on our radar since before this board even started.

True that.  If TC wasn't such a dick I would have had that Super Duke instead of the Gixxer 750 & the 848.  But noooooooooo...............   laughingdp

So do all the 625's vibrate or just the enduros?

http://hartford.craigslist.org/mcy/4188539124.html
I think all pre-690 LC4s are a bit vibey.
It's not that bad, Kevin's little sewing machine just has him weak.

I find it generally means you're going too slow.
Without a tach I have no clue what the thing revs to but I did find that it is far more than I originally thought.
In the beginning I was certainly shortshifting it as I didn't realize how much more there is.  laughingdp

I may be down that way in the next 6-8 weeks with my truck

I could get it to NW PA at the least.

I brought this up many pages ago but no one ever answered my question.

How is it that your reservoirs are below your masters? Or are the lids of the reservoirs just barely higher than the master inlets and you just can't tell in the pics?
