I thought it hurt to ride?
You could talk to randy at stradafab. He's doing a ti frame for the latest SD. As if it needed more help flipping over under throttle.
Everything that comes out of that guys shop is wicked. He could come up with a bag mount for you I'm sure.

there were times when the position agitated my lower back injuries, but wearing a back protector helped a lot. Other than that, the only issue was that it ate rear tires for breakfast.

I have the tire curse as well. Every bike I've owned.
Even the 450 killed a rear in 1200 miles.

Two rears to a front... or more?

Perhaps you need to adjust the nut between the seat and the handlebars?

Two rears to a front... or more? About that, yeah. Perhaps you need to adjust the nut between the seat and the handlebars?
In this case the tire ended up being much softer than I expected. Low dollar shinko. Nice tire, just short lived. All the 180 sized rears I've ever been on last 3-4k at most. Fronts seem to last 6-7k. Wheelies are only responsible for some of that success

Thanks. The Griso is a sweet bike as well. Whichever one I'm riding tends to be my favorite, which I guess is a good sign. KTM chassis is fantastic...Griso motor is fantastic. The KTM will see most of the action though, as it is a better bike in imperfect weather, which we see a lot of!

2009 - 2013 was the model run on them, but I think they only brought it to the states for 2010 or so.

Yeah. There were quite a few more 950s in the U.S. market than the 990s.
But that makes me wonder; are you thinking the SM, Or the SM-T?
