I thought it hurt to ride?

You could talk to randy at stradafab. He's doing a ti frame for the latest SD. As if it needed more help flipping over under throttle.

Everything that comes out of that guys shop is wicked. He could come up with a bag mount for you I'm sure.

there were times when the position agitated my lower back injuries, but wearing a back protector helped a lot.  Other than that, the only issue was that it ate rear tires for breakfast.

I have the tire curse as well. Every bike I've owned.

Even the 450 killed a rear in 1200 miles.

Perhaps you need to adjust the nut between the seat and the handlebars?

About that, yeah.

In this case the tire ended up being much softer than I expected. Low dollar shinko. Nice tire, just short lived.

All the 180 sized rears I've ever been on last 3-4k at most. Fronts seem to last 6-7k. Wheelies are only responsible for some of that success Cheesy

Thanks. The Griso is a sweet bike as well.  waytogo Whichever one I'm riding tends to be my favorite, which I guess is a good sign. KTM chassis is fantastic...Griso motor is fantastic. The KTM will see most of the action though, as it is a better bike in imperfect weather, which we see a lot of!

800 Par twin?

http://www.motorcyclenews.com/news/new-bikes/2015/august/ktm-parallel-twin-800-spied/

http://advrider.com/index.php?threads/ktm-duke-800-parallel-twin-spied.1088128/

And it's not the injectop mapping so much as the SAS and O2 sensor make the beast with two backsing with stuff that people pregnant doged about

What years did KTM made the SM 990s?

2009 - 2013 was the model run on them, but I think they only brought it to the states for 2010 or so.

Yeah.  There were quite a few more 950s in the U.S. market than the 990s.

But that makes me wonder; are you thinking the SM, Or the SM-T?
