Not sure if this is the best spot, but I figure those who do a lot of their own tech work might be more inclined. to want one.

Apparently Baxley will be droppoing the price by $61 on the sport chock as of Jan 1, 2012. Still doesn't make them cheap.. but they are a lot more accesible now.

If you're a track rider there is nothing easier than pulling in to the pits and just driving into the chock.

I really like mine.

I have had my Baxley for 5 years now and I wouldn't have changed that purchase for anything else...it has exceeded my expectations and made my life easier in so many ways....I actually have been looking at other chocks for to put a second bike on one for the winters, since my track bike hogs up all the usage of the Baxley almost exclusively.

which THAT particular unit scares me as it reminds me too much of the Condor in construction which I will never own or use after seeing at a Cornerspeed class date at VIR an Aprilia V90 come in off the track and park in his Condor chock and the thing wouldn't hold the bikes warm rubber tire and let the bike topple over sideways and took out a row of bikes dominoes style....

I have the HF one (second link) and I'm not that impressed. Luckily it only cost $40 with a coupon. I've used the Baxley version and it is far superior, and easier to haul around. The HF one is very large and heavy.
