Trimming my CF S4Rs fender....recommendations?

I want the front fender on my 07 S4Rs to be the smaller, 999 style. I bought a used one with the thought of painting it, but spending all that cash just to have a plastic painted fender doesn't seem worth it after all. I'd rather have a CF one like I have, just shaped better. So I was thinking I should get it cut down to size.
I heard these are a bad idea to cut due to inhalation risks. Anyone know of a person who might do this for a reasonable cost?
Duckstew, perhaps?

Or you can go with Dremel, goggles, and a breathing mask.

Don't pay someone
Mask ,dremel, assorted grade sandpapers, quality clearcoat spray.
Easy job DIY , I marked the length where I wanted to cut mine at the front ,cut a straight line across then used the
cut piece as a template to mark the curve. Decreasing grit down to wet and dry for cleaning up the edge.
Clear coat done deal.
