Was kinda meaning you could use them as insurance collateral or something to that effect.
are they all insured?
Yeah I know how much pre-loved CD's are worth sold a bunch before I moved to Canada some years back.
Think I got enough to pay for....... Well nothing actually.

You too, huh? There's 3 milk crate sized boxes of them hiding under the stairs too - around 8 hundred or so of them... I keep telling myself that one of these days I'll get round to ripping the ones I'd still listen too to mp3 - what actually happens is I decide I want to head something old, an I figure it's easier to buy it on iTunes than dig out the vinyl and the turntable... I bought Blow By Blow by Jeff Beck exactly like that a few weeks ago...

But the vinyl sound is awesome.  waytogo

We will never have that sound again.

I don't know what you could call it, but it just feels right, the sound of the black circle.

As far as i've read it's just storage space that's it.
the prices are US, here it is likely to be $250-ish 8gig and $400 for 16gig.
Somewhere on par with US prices plus our usual import taxes etc...
I am sure it will be on a 24 month contract with either provider Optus/Vodafone.
We'll when July 11th comes around.

Here is what I read this morning in a mag, I can't remember it word for word,

"The iPhone will retail for $199 with a contract and $250 for prepay" for the 8gig I'd say.

It's starting to make my mind up for me.  Wink

Why would you need a Dingleberry and an iPhone? AND an iPod touch?

Not sure what the 'berry can do compared to the iPhone? Wouldn't having the iPhone mean the iPod is redundant? Maybe even the Dingleberry?

got the two 'cos an iTouch doesn't make calls; but the thought of having an iPhone for such a paltry sum is too tempting to resist; common sense does not apply...hope you're right about the price
if not, well, than.....will worry about it after the 11th
