You guys are probably getting tired of all my posts of late!!!  Going thru a mod craze.

Came across a 04 749S parts bike; is there any simple-easy/ upgrade parts that I would want from the bike, for my 98' M900?

Yeah, since the wheels are not a simple swap; there's nothing else I want.

The person who's responsible for this should be hung, drawn and quartered.

Yes, Teddy you are correct.
Front end is well suited to me...was really only thinking maybe the wheels

Yeah, wheels would have been nice !!
But I have so much in the works for the M900....don't need to spend on new wheels.
But at $300 for wheels & tires...if it had been a direct swap I would have done it!!

oil cooler could fit. tank/seat is intensive but workable. projector lights could have possibilities. swingarm swap would take some doing but would be interesting (and could make the wheels an easier swap).  master cylinders might be worth the effort depending on what your running now. Im not 100% but I think the 749/999 triples have a steeper (more aggressive) angle than the m900.

the real question is why arent you throwing the 900 motor in the 749 frame?

Masters and calipers. You'd need new line(s) but the calipers bolt on. And then I looked at the photos... seems those bits are gone

Motor swap would be neat.....but way to much $$$$$ for me
I would have sub out all the work!!

My brakes are great currently, upgraded Brembo masters, new Galfer lines & Galfer rotors.
