Ok this may have been covered in another post so I am sorry for re asking this question, and yes I have searched but can't find the answer I am looking for.

I have a 07 695, and I was wondering what other forks and rear shock will be a direct replacement of the stock ones, instead of going out and buying brand new Ohlins ones.  I have heard older superbike forks will fit but not sure which ones.

So basically I want to pull my forks out and put new ones in that are better from a superbike, with out any modification.  If this is possible.

I heard that a spring from I think a 748 will be a direct replacement for the stock spring on the rear, any truth in that?

Thanks

Monster S2R 1k forks are a straight swap with no other mods reqd.
Monster S4R showa or S4Rs Ohlins rear shock will swap with minimal mod required.

Use the search tool. There's extensive posts covering both topics.
