I think that might be the old site for NVTR (now renamed to WATR - Washington Area Trail Riders). Here's the current WATR Yahoo Group that I'm subscribed to:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/watr_members/
And here's the website:
http://nvtr.webs.com/
I joined WATR last year, primarily as a way to support their annual Eagle Bay Trail Ride in King George, which is an outstanding event that I've done for the last several years. Eagle Bay is off-road only, but I think WATR also sponsors the annual Shenandoah 500 Dual-Sport event. The WATR guys seem like a great group, and they are very active - I see both off-road and dual-sport events (formal and informal) posted almost every week.
If I could figure out how to get a title for my CRF 250X (which is otherwise street-legal), I'd join you guys on some DS exploring (as long as it's more off road than on).

Yes indeed. Second Wednesday of every month at Anthony's (309 West Broad Street, FC). I'm a bum and have never gone though

Thinking of doing some riding tomorrow. Dirt and gravel roads up near Frederick. I'll post a map here later, anyone interested in joining let me know.

You gotta love this site - got a little bit of everything, including some guy riding through puddles.
And yes, of course I just watched said video.
Nice production values!

I think our wives think alike cause mine is absolutely terrified by the idea that our kid wants to ride a motorcycle.

Planning on a ride this weekend, Saturday might be rainy but it will also be (relatively) warm. Haven't decided on a route yet, maybe Frederick Municipal Forest or new roads around Harpers Ferry...
