Spider my only route is the missus and my  local area is the Grampians which has turned to poo after the fires a few years ago , road repairs etc . My main rides are track days at all the Vic tracks and annual syd trip to oran pk

hey guys n girls,
my names Luke, I just purchased am absolutely schmiko 06 s2r 1000 on the weekend after much 'which naked is just right for me' debating and much procrastination at bike shops for the last 2 months... Ohhh i haven't even picked her up yet, I can't bloody well wait. Stock as a rock, but looking forward to adding a few touches to customise the look and sound of the beasty.

Just want to say Hello and a big 'thanks' to the creators of the forum.
Due to the new (1st July) LAMs rules in Vic I'm now the happy owner of a 620 - have put about 1500K's on it already and pretty much had a smile on my face the whole time...

Thanks Spider - would have definitely been there but unfortunately I'm heading up to the snow this weekend (first time in about 4 yrs!)...will hopefully be at the next coffee gathering though.

Yeh, happy with the termi's (they're worth it for the disapproving looks I get from my volvo-driving neighbour Grin) and I have plans for a few more mods like 14/46 gearing, maybe power commander and also 749/999 4 pot/pad calipers/rotors/master's...and the compulsory mirrors/bling

Hey you guys I found you.  Why'd move without telling me.  So what are you trying to tell me.

Where: Hamilton, Vic (poor me - transient Sandgroper)
Ride: 1000s (currently with seized rear wheel bearings arghhh bang head!!!)

Hope this doesn't mean you're gonna snub me at the Turismo, lol.
