Please help!! Someone messed with the lock and caused the frame to bend!!

Hi guys,
As you can see by the fact that I'm posting this at well past 3 a.m. that I'm definitely losing sleep over this nightmare. Anyway to make a long story short, someone messed with the lock which caused a bent frame and a broken steering head and lock, as you can note on the pictures attached below.
First, I noticed that the steering won't lock on the left position and that the ignition module had shifted downward to the left. So, I decided to further investigate the issue by removing the plastic trim covering the lock area of the frame. Then the nightmare became reality! I don't know what to do as I read that any damage to the frame will cause the insurance co. to total the bike!! :'( Oh and are you ready for the cherry on top of all of this? I just finished installing Speedymoto frame sliders and Rhino barend sliders with LS mirros when I made the discovery on my 2012 Monster 696 with ZERO MILES on it!!
Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Call your insurance company.

Call your insurance company.
+1 and once they looked at it take the aftermarket bits off and save them for the new bike.

let me ask the diabolical question....
which would you rather....coming out to your bike and seeing it vandalized like this in an attempt to steal it? or it being all out gone altogether?
either way, you are calling your insurance...

Damn
I thought most dope heads knew about immobilizers.
Not often, but whenever I go a full day without riding - I try to remember turning the ignition on to activate the flashing warning light on the dash.
Scorpio alarm could also prevent this

So you guys think that it's gonna be totaled then? Any advice of how one should proceed in dealing with the insurance? Like I said it's a 2012 with zero miles on it so it sounds like I'm gonna take a big hit $-wise...

Shouldn't take much if any hit other then the deductible. It's a brand new bike. Show them what you paid for the bike and accessories and that's what they should pay you. If they offer less keep fighting until you get what the bike cost.

Or you could repair the bike out of pocket if you don't want it totaled.
