Wasn't him, there was a fire in Vernonia that sent two people to the hospital. He did have a code save the other night while working on the ambulance.

Well darn! It sure looked & sounded like Jacob on news 8, but I didn't think he was the media spokesman type. So yer saying there are other handsome firefighter heroes guys out there and stuff? Rock on!

Whoo! Groovy pain meds are... groovy.
I had the last surgery for my cancer treatment this past Tuesday! W00t! I'm off work recovering until the 12th. Surgeries are done, radiation is done, chemo is done. Now we're just monitoring/screening/scanning for the next five years. After 5 years, I will have basically the same risk as "the general populace".
My bloodwork last week showed no cancer markers. Also had a CT scan that was perfectly clear... absolutely nothing of concern.
So yeah... now I'm just chillin' at home, enjoying the floaty feeling of groovy pain meds.
Watching TV & movies with wifey, catching up on magazines, and reading my ground school books... I'm starting flight school this spring, and will be getting my Sport Pilot certificate this year.
Cancer may suck, but life is still good.

Yeah, but I had it three years ago before it was trendy. And I'm to fat for skinny jeans. Don't nobody want to see that!
I did have a jenky moped and a full face helmet when I was 16. That cover photo brings back memories.
