Dec. 1st: Tarquin's Cornish Gin

Nice floral smell. Juniper and a soft floral finish. I liked it.

Dec. 2nd: London Dry Gin, made a Gibson with it. That's what I'm going to do each day. It was good, dry, nice for mixed drinks.

Dec. 3rd: Hepple Gin. Understated juniper, it worked well in a Gibson.

Dec. 4th. Never Never Triple Juniper Gin. While it had a juniper flavor, it wasn't overpowering. It made a rather nice gin for the daily Gibson.

Dec. 7th: No. 3 London Dry Gin. So far Dry Gin has been a good choice for a Gibson.

FYI, a Gibson is a Martini with a cocktail onion instead of an olive. I'm not partial to olives. Undecided

Dec. 8th: Umodzi Gin. From Africa. It was fine. Not a high bar to clear so far. None have been bad, the first was the only one so far to have a different flavor profile.

Dec. 9th: Conker Dorset Dry Port Barrel Gin. It had a faint pink hue. Still a dry gin, worked well in a Gibson.

Dec. 10th: Mayfield Sussex Hop Gin. Another fine gin for a cocktail. So far I haven't had one that I didn't like.

Dec. 12th: Tarquin's Figgy Pudding Gin. It does have a figgy smell and taste. Surprisingly works well in a Gibson.
