You should totally clean & polish everything, take more detailed pictures and submit for Bike of the Month!

I'm tired of seeing that same old S4R when I open this site. Yours has the added bonus of being a daily driver.

I haven't seen it in person but the exhaust work you did is worth the price of admission.

Carbon 14...
Thanks for compliment!
Yeah,  the exhaust came together pretty good I feel, considering I had to keep the stock rear-sets...need the pax pegs for my dates Dolph

Teddy,
Yeah, I wish I could incorporate the original fairing...but I can't without chopping it up.
So, it and all the stock bars, risers and top clamp will be stored.
I have a black 696/1100 bikini fairing on its way....we'll see how it fits?

Re...polishing, whats that!!!?
Rick will be the first to tell you & I am lax in the detailing dept... Roll Eyes

696 fairing would probably take more fab to make it work... of course, that's just me saying that, without having seen how it even mounts.

wild guess, I suppose

I had a look at the 620 nose fairing and it would take a bit of doing to make it work. Possible of course but with some imagination and fabrication......... have no idea how the 696 will work.

I was only recommending the polishing just for the BOMB photos.   Grin

Regarding the fairing....my thoughts without seeing the 696/1100 mounts on the fairing is to possibly connect it to the stock headlight brackets
via aluminum bar....with the bikini fairing up against the DP gauges...?
Pic's will come drink

Rick...
BTW, changed out the grips on the clip on install to the Renthal "Firm" compound & you were right,
took care of the slop I was experiencing with the throttle response. chug

S4RS has the stripe down the center.  Didn't know they did it any other way.

Not to knock your project but you're starting to get kapakahi with a single stripe on the tail, triple center on the belly pan, offset triple on the fairing.  Slow down a little maybe?  I don't know, just thinking out loud...

BTW I'm enjoying the "skinny girl of the moment" avatars.
