Project bike!

Hey all... long time no see! I've been contemplating what to do with my busted bimmer and I've decided to sell it, hoping to find someone who wants to take it on as a project. She needs a motor and clutch which can be found on ebay for less than $2k. Thinking about listing at $4000 which would get someone a great bike for around $6k and some elbow grease. If anyone has any ideas, suggestions or feedback I'd be grateful.
