Gauging Interest: NYMMC Get together

The NYMMC Roll Call is getting long so I wanted to see if there are enough interest to do a diner run and put some faces behind the user names.  Here's what I'm thinking:

Late summer (some newer folks will have time to get more comfortable)
On a weekend (so people won't have to take time off from work)
Meet at a diner (yumm...food!)
Folks can meet people of similar riding style and coordinate to ride up together and/or coordinate to ride together after lunch (yea! riding!!!)

Depending on distance from NYC, there are some fun roads.  Here are some initial thoughts (distance are as the crow flies):
10 miles: Just a quick get together, less riding oriented
30 miles: Food and riding around Harriman or Sparta
50 miles: West Point/218
75: miles: Port Jarvis or New Paltz

I won't be able to make it during most of August as I will be riding another one of my other iron horses to New Mexico and taking the scenic route, more on that later. It's not the Duc (I know, flame suit on).

Since you mentioned Sparta, the Chatterbox could make for a nice staging point if your looking to do burgers and such.
