One thing you might try is to disconnect the PCIII altogether to see if things improve.

Added:
If you know how, you could pull the plugs and see if they're black (rich) or grey (OK) or white (lean).

IMO, there's a better map than that to use.

I'd try the 710-003, and for sure run the throttle '0% - 100%' setting utility.
Hedgehog's suggestion is good as well, you can load a 'zero' map and see if it's remotely well behaved.

Either of those 2, ride it easy to see if it's even close.
Pipes make it a bit leaner, and no airbox lid makes it a good bit leaner yet.

Dustin 1231-
My S4 had a similiar problem. I added arrow hi-mounts, then it was running kind of crappy.  So i purchased the PC III and used one of the available maps, which seemed to help. Then it really started running rough and I had a loss of power.  I finally bit the bullet and brought it in for a custom map at Fast by Ferracci ($250.) They told me I had a fouled spark plug (which I suspected) and the custom map got things running perfect (except for my now leaking base gasket, but that's another story for a different thread...)

yeah, ive been running the bike... and it still running way to rich. So im sure the plugs will foul out again. Once i fix leaking gas tank, and get a new tire maybe i can get a custom map.
