I checked CA. Not accurate.
In regards to filtering, or overall?

VA just introduced a law that allows bikes to share a lane. Prior to that one could have gotten a ticket for pulling along side a buddy at a red light.

Passed, but not effective until 7/01/12. Trikes need not apply.
The other bill which passed prohibits "motorcycle only" police checkpoints.

Multiple items.
Could you be a LITTLE more specific?

Virginia, too?
Virginia says it's illegal to share a lane with another vehicle. So that means no lane splitting.

I looked through the CA section and several items were inaccurate. I stopped at that point. So don't rely on that website to answer CA specific questions.

could you be so magnanimous as to provide a single example?
everything i could find for the states i'm in lined up. and it looks like they just copied the AMA website's info for the same thing and put it into an app.. they copied the subject names too.

Generally it's correct. There are minor points that are not explained enough like the earplugs. It's not "no restrictions". There are specific restrictions. Same with the handlebars, turn signals, etc. Basically ok but if you have a specific issue it's better go read the code.
And to krapstirrer...it would be a pity if you chocked on your popcorn.
