Every time I tell friends and coworkers that I ride an hour away from my town to ride my motorcycle they laugh and call me nuts. I guess people who don't ride will never understand.

this is why........

the second one is kind of long but it really shows an incredible stretch of road here in New Jersey.

BLeh!!!! Just noticed that. Apparently you can only check it if you log out of youtube even embedded videos work if you're logged into another session. Weird.....working on another solution....

This is up in northern NJ area, near the NY/PA borders.

Let's see if this one works.

me too, too many bikes though, bring out the po po.... I used to head further north into the Catskills for more technical and fun roads.  Now I don't even ride on the street anymore other than commuting.... but watching these make me want to ride north soon.

Very true...I'm usually up there at 8 am or earlier. Heading back home by 11, not many bikes or cars or police up there at that time.  Grin But the catskills does have some really nice roads as well. Especially near the ashokan dam area.

We're in NY to. I'm from Long Island and that is why if I go on a ride it usually ends up being 500 miles.

some good ones with nearly nobody else on them on my side of the Delaware too. Lately I've been searching out the unpaved ones but in the process have found some more good paved ones as well
