So I'm riding home the other night hammer on her a little bit, everything's fine. Get on a main road and I'm doing about 55-60mph running with the traffic and all of the sudden the EOBD light comes on it's orange. Come up to a stop light and the bike cuts off. Go to start her back and nothing. Fuel pump turns on then the relay clicks and starter doesn't do anything all lights are functioning led flashes when I try to start it as well. Any ideas?

immobilizer is upset.  Check fuses, then wiring.

checked all of the fuses that i could find and they are not blown. put  red key in and starter relay goes crazy gauges get all jumpy. Can't figure out where the harness is for the immobilizer. It does have an aftermarket DP ECU with the immobilizer disabled that's what is even more confusing.

Charge the battery and have it load tested, then check the charging system.

Also if my immobilizer is disabled through my dp ecu why would the bike cut off once I come to a stop at a light?

Charge the battery and have it load tested, then check the charging system.

If you do not have a charged battery in good condition and a properly functioning charging system you will have running problems.  Check those first.  If the immobilizer has been defeated it is not your problem.  Your symptoms suggest your bike stalled because you ran out of electrical power.  yYour clicking solenoid also indicates this.
