I saw that some folks were getting interested in this seat (finally), so I figured I post up an update about the seat.
Last year I put a few long rides (long to me anyway) on this baby, and really got a good test of it's features.
Comfort wise, the seat did just what it's designed to. My arse and scrode region are now pain and problem free... Now my feet going numb are the only thing on my mind!
The construction is holding up flawlessly, and the fitment is actually getting better. The seat is starting to conform to the bike a little bit more.
The one downside, and this was discussed, is that if you are OFF the bike, and it rains... The channel essentially fills with water. Not a big deal, a few paper towels soak it up pretty good.
Again, if you're on the fence, I suggest going for it. It's a great product, and it would support some U.S. manufacturing as well.

I tried one last year for my 07 S4RS and was not even close to fitting. Not even close enough to give it time, they took it back no problem and no explanation except to say it is the right one for that model and it is supposed to fit?

I was wondering about weather and that channel.
They really should build a seat with the channel under the cover.
