So, how'd everyone go?
Was it worth the trek out? I'm unfortunately out of Syd this weekend and really wanted to head on down for a bargain or two. Just wondering if I missed out at all....

If you didn't make it you didn't miss out on too much, unlike the sale 2 years ago. :'( :'(
No Ducati branded stuff only a few team t shirts and caps. :'(
Pleanty of spyke jackets from $50 ,and one piece leathers next to no boots or gloves.
A bit of stm billet Stuff, frame plugs etc.
Some guys picked up some very cheap slotted brake rotors, was that $30 each or a set?
Some very cheap Vemar helmets starting @ $50.
I belive this guy spent the night in his van in the car park to be first in line
Got some STM preload adjusters $20. undecided on the look. look a bit like kitchen taps
And a STM billett plug $10
that will shorly get me first prize in this years concourse
Was no shortage of ozmo vultures hanging around for the scraps

Glad it sounds like I might not have really missed out on too much then. The feedback after the sale two years ago was that there really were brilliant deals to be had.

Well some of us got fancy baubles and tap handles for our bikes, others (me) got a deal of a life time, and I've got to thank jukie for her sales expertise.
Wave rotors ( Moto-Master, manufactured in the Netherlands) were to be had for $75ea but when I got to the cash register they would only take $60 for the pair, talk about a bargain.
Ended up going home via MCA's store and got some brake pads but they cost $160 f/r
Anyway, fitted the rotors this arvo.
Out with the old
Had lots of help
And on with the new
Fitted (But not yet bedded in)

arrived at 9am and spent 30 mins standing in the line like a nightclub or toilet line

i dont care if you have been a mechanic for 10 years doing something for a long time does not make you good at it, take my gf for an example shes been walking for 28 years and still manages to fall over all the time.

Yeah, I see what you mean, looking at the photo's tells me that the centre's should have been black.
I will whisk them off straight away, and will dispatch the courier pigeon straight away, he should arrive around midnight, keep an eye-out for him, he will have the sun at his back (crafty lad he is an all). If you ask him nice he will fit them for you (as he did for me) in about an hour, he will though require a cup of English tea and a ginger nut biscuit.

I did spend the weekend working so no sale for me
But then sounds like there wasn't much to get too excited about, not like the last time the super sale was on.
