i got a 796 and i sort of want to swap my front end(headlights gauges, bars, forks) from a streetfighter

now, does anyone know the pinout on the gauges from the streetfighter? i like how everything is integrated

anyhoo, i figure at minimum the upper triple, lower triple, headlight and gauges, but im not sure if the gauges will plug into the monster harness

Gauges are never going to work.  Its not just wiring them in, aside from the immobilizer issue the streetfighter dash has its own integrated ECM which runs all of the functions controlled by the handlebar switches.  In addition the speedo and such as well as many of the engine sensors tie into the dash before running to the ECU.  I have completed a lot of projects that people have said were too difficult or not worth it but that dash swap is much more than just re-wiring it.

Headlight should be easy enough though  waytogo

well the issue is that the streetfighter gauges are attached to the headlight
