I will be out there. Have booked a ride on a Street Triple and a VFR800. I think my rides are at 9 and 10. What have you booked?

I'm taking the FZ1n at 1:30 and the Speed Triple at around 3.

We plan to get out there around 11 so if your gonna hang around for a feed I will catch up with you there.

Cheers,

Scott

Will do. Not sure I will stick around not unless they let you take more bikes for rides if people don't rock up for theirs.

Last year they did, a heap of people were no shows and plenty of guys got extra runs in! I didn't bother as I was interested in the adventure bikes (KTM 990 and Triumph Tiger) but this year if anything of interest comes up I might have a crack!

The catering was pretty good last year also and the best thing for me was no hard sell on the day and I think I got one phone call a month or so later checking in and asking my thoughts of the day!

Last year it was held at the park on the right of Brisbane Valley Highway just before the spillway heading from Brisbane. I think it is in the same location again this year!

Hundreds of bikes in the car park last year and a good day out!

Oh why oh why did they have to put a set of Arrows on the Street Triple? What a sweet sound it made especially on decelaration. Seriously considering selling the Monster for one now  bang head

Yep the low boy single Arrow on the Speed Triple was thoroughly enjoyable to listen to as well and a very nice bike to ride, glad I didn't ride it before the monster......may be a different bike in the garage! Although the price would have stopped me in my tracks with all the extra goodies added on!

Did you take the white one with the fly screen? Do you think it did anything? I got landed with the red Speed Triple with nothing bar the Arrow pipe and wondering if the little bit of plastic actually did anything!

It was a good day!

Yeh I rode the white one. Even though it didn't have adjustable suspension it handled like it was on rails. I didn't notice the fly screen was grinning like a phsyco from the noise them pipes made. I swear it was louder than my Monster once it was at speed.

Took the Viffer for a run too. Was not impressed. The bike was....how do you say.... a little to perfect. Felt like it was an electric powered bike actually.
