No corresponding part numbers to the 848 what so ever. You would be further ahead to buy the bottom end of an 1100 monster from 2009-2011 for the transmission etc... No splitting of the case, swapping of gears, output shaft...etc...

Hard to say what issues you might run into with installing the 1100 evo heads..Might go right on...might not..

I just have to say its not worth it in this case unless you are really bored and have lots of money and time.

$1100... I know it's not really a conversion... but it's probably the closest to bolt on you are gonna get.  Maybe offset the cost by selling the wet-clutch engine?
