Yeah, just rode past this site today, apparently just after, they found a WWII bomb  Dolph

http://www.ramstein.af.mil/shared/media/document/AFD-120515-022.pdf

where the little pink dot is... I was 10 ft from it at 30mph. 50ft away at a stop light!

That's what I thought.
I was standing right about where that pink dot is 6 years ago.

No offense to Raux but that sounds like more fun than being next to an old bomb with your wife and kids! laughingdp

I'm guessing from being 10ft away from an aging WWII unexploded ordnance on a thundering Ducati...... not sure which one you were on Raux?

30mph 50ft from a stop light........last of the late brakers or giving it the beans off the line?  Grin

It didn't blow up for a few years, won't just decide to blow up now. Not an issue at all.

They're actually in the middle of construction there, that's how they found it.

Fortunately whenever digging in Germany, they are prepared and aware of these 'issues' so they're a bit more careful on digs.

but you never know.

they're defusing it today at noon  waytogo

Um, you do realize that his comments were tongue in cheek, right?

You make it should as if he was actually scared.
