I guess I'm back to square 1, the canaster has alredy been removed. I'm going to remove the lines that have been capped and cap the nipple at the TB boot. I guess there is a small chance there is a air leak somewhere. I sure was hopefull this was the problem.

Update...
I capped the fitting at the throttle body and it seems to have fixed the problem. I also added a little Lucus octane boost to the tank. I'm not sure if both helped or just one. I have never used octane boost, I've always thought of it as being a wast of money. Thanks for the help.
I was ready to sell it the other day after sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes.
