I had two different brands on my bike, one of which was the Comp. Werkes one. Both looked good, and worked well.......while they lasted.
got tired of replacing the thing every 2 years and went back to OEM.

The best LED stop with integrated turn signals I bought:
http://www.ducatimonstertailchop.com/ducati-monster-integrated-tail-light/
it comes with a resistor to protect the bike and the LED so you don't have to buy fuses like crazy. Got mine 6months ago, ride everyday almost 4 hours in traffic and on the open road, no complains so far, the only thing that I recommend is to make sure with insulated tape that the connections are made well because I almost had a meltdown because of that.. my fault in the end... but the product is solid and it has a bonus: plate light integrated too,

hmmm. the BEST, huh? i guess i'd go with that one then...
on the other hand, jeff at monster parts told me this is the best one in the shoe wide world, though he doesn't sell it himself because it costs almost as much as a sargent seat or more than a set of cycle cat clip-ons:
http://www.vizi-tec.com/products/ducati_supanova.html
the website says sold out, but they got back to me and told me they still had, and even that it would work on my '99 m900. just not sure if i can stomach spending $336 on a taillight when my stock unit works fine and comp werkes is like $110.

Wow that actually is a great looking taillight. So expensive tho def true but looking at the video review it does seem quite a bit brighter and hopefully safer as well. Hmmm another option to consider altho very pricey! Damn....

i spent 200.00 on the two brands that i had (one was c-works) and ended up going back to stock due to their not lasting very long..

of course, with the VIZI-TEC, you would safe money on your indicators...
what do you guys think about running an integrated rear without separate signals? looks sleek but is it as safe?

Ya I am leaning towards perhaps spending the extra on quality and safety after I read some more reviews on the vizi and see if they even make for my year monster. Def would save on the separate rear indicators. So many options but good to have options!

Been running the smoked integrated LED from MotoDynamics
For 2 years with no issues
I also have separate signals (required here in Hawaii) under the seat right below the fuel
Tank...which was a fabricated design...since I have complete tail chop

To be honest, I like my signals separate from the brake light, I don't want my "signals" to be ambiguous, which brings me to the "sequential" flashing, I prefer the standard flashing, just my opinion...yes they look cool on a mustang not so safe on a bike, each to their own

Don't look at them too closely or too long, you'll go blind.
